Respond: Take a moment and write your thoughts to
God.
REVEAL:
Today is all about the family! What act of kindness
could you do for your parent/guardian that if you did it, it would surprise
them and demonstrate your love for them?
Pick a chore or job that you can do to wow your
parents. Make sure you give it 100
percent. Get creative! Don’t just mow the lawn, trim the bushes and
rake the yard too! Make the family
breakfast and be sure to clean up after its over! Go the extra mile and be ready for them to
question why you are doing this.
If you are an adult, do something special for the
family. Take them out to eat or just
spend the day doing something fun together.
Don’t forget to pray for them as you serve them.
REFLECT:
How was your day? How did the family respond? What did you learn?
